The Hotaling family has been working in the home improvement, construction, and sales sector since the boys were pre-teens. TURN AROUND PROPERTIES LLC was born in the housing crises of 2008 when many distressed foreclosed properties needed our help. We have a large portfolio of ‘basket case’ houses we have rescued and turned into lovely homes. That common theme continues today – people just do not have the resources to upgrade their home to achieve the full market potential.
